📦 Safiyah Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping policy for orders within the UK and internationally.

📍 Domestic (UK) Shipping

  • 🚚 Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3–5 working days)

  • 🚀 Express Delivery: £5.99 (1–2 working days)

  • 🛍️ Free Shipping: For orders over £50 (Standard Delivery only)

All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their local authorities.

🕰️ Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy seasons (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

🔁 Missed Delivery / Return to Sender

If a delivery is missed and returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot, we may charge for re-delivery.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

📦 Packaging

All orders are packed securely with care to ensure your items reach you in excellent condition. Islamic items such as Qur'ans, prayer mats, or modest wear are handled with special respect.
