Our shipping policy applies to orders within the UK and internationally.
Domestic (UK: England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland) Shipping:

🛍️ Free Shipping: For orders over £50 (Standard Delivery only)
All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is made. A tracking number is automatically sent once an order/product has been shipped.
🌍 Shipping Worldwide:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and the shipping costs vary based on destination. The costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their respective countries' local authorities.
🕰️ Delivery Timeframe:
a. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
b. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
c. During busy periods (Ramadan, Eid) or affected by a postal strike, severe weather conditions, processing may take a bit longer.
🔁 Missed Delivery / Return to Sender:
If an incorrect address causes a delivery to be missed, or a failure to collect the item from the collection point, in such an event, we may charge for re-shipping.
Customers are advised to check twice before ordering an item to be shipped.
📦 Packaging:
We take extra care to pack and handle items before we ship them so that a customer receives them in excellent condition.
